Minutolo grapes, also in the sparkling version maintains very interesting notes of aromatics herbs, which make Amore Protetto a sparkling wine with a well structure. An elegant and unconventional sparkling wine, whose type is easily recognizable, but it is also an incredible personal expression.

First fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. Second fermentation in the bottle. Aging for 48 months on its own yeasts.
