Ghefura Fiano is a wine that surprises for its intensity, it manages to express all the typical aromas of the Murgia in the glass. Our wine manages to transmit great emotions even after 5 or 6 years of battle, thanks to an unexpected evolution that goes towards hints of petrol.

Hand-picked during the first week of October.

Historic vineyard (1998) located in Contrada Zingariello.
Alta Murgia, 480 m above sea level, calcareous soil.

Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature,
using selected native yeast strains. Aged for 5 months
in stainless steel tanks in contact with fine lees.
