Our project focuses on the care of nature and the products that it spontaneously gives us.
By giving the right care, respecting the times and the silence of nature, it gives fruits that preserve an ancient and refined flavor, which we have lost with intensive and industrial production.
We don’t chase numbers, but real quality and the most authentic beauty.
We wait many weeks, sometimes even months, to receive the fruits of our lands, but when they arrive we know that they have done so at exactly “their” moment, the right one for reasons related to their intimate nature.
Every element, including us, is in constant dialogue with the entire ecosystem that surrounds it.
Vision
We want to resize the bond between humankind and nature, promoting a happy regression, arriving at a more sustainable dimension for all.
Over the centuries, humankind has exploited natural resources extensively and, too often in a disorderly and disharmonious way.
This has caused an impoverishment of the territories and a climate and ecosystem crisis whose consequences are now fully visible.
For this reason, it is urgent to do something concrete right away and in light of this, the keystone becomes to regain possession of the concepts of time and silence to inaugurate a new course in which humankind and nature collaborate for mutual enrichment and wellness.
